Prosecution witness, Corporal Rawl Nedd, attached to the crime lab at CriminalAccused: Bibi Gopaul and Jarvis SmallInvestigations Department (CID) took the stand yesterday to present his evidence-in-chief in the Preliminary Inquiry (PI) into the death of 16 year-old Queen’s College student, Neesa Gopaul.Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry is conducting the pre-trial hearing against the girl’s mother, Bibi Gopaul,Wholesale Stitched Jerseys, and Jarvis Small, the mother’s boyfriend.The duo is accused of murdering the teen in late 2010.
