The Guyana Relief Council (GRC) held a silent auction at the Victoria Lounge, Pegasus Hotel, yesterday, and displayed a variety of items.The Chairman of the GRC Yvonne Hinds officially commenced the auction by cutting the Ribbon.The process requires persons to write their bid, name and telephone number on the relevant paper attached to their bid.
