Just about 8:30hrs yesterday car HB 2910 ended up in a canal at Versailles. The driver said that he was proceeding north and had to apply the brakes to avoid hitting a vehicle that was in front of his car.He said that he swerved off the road and all was well but it was when he tried to get back on the road that his fate was sealed.
