The Defence Counsel said that his client was provoked and whilst trying to sort out the matter with his wife, he was hit to the head by her “sweet-man.”Medical reports as indicated by the court revealed that Noble sustained a sprained thumb coupled with severe swelling to her eyes.At this point, Noble and Malcolm told the court that they would not be offering any evidence in the matter.The assault cases were subsequently dismissed.
