The Rice Producers Association- Action Committee (RPA-AC) has called for the urgent intervention of the government. The current composition of the Guyana Rice Devopment Board (GRDB) will only sabotage the industry, the RPA said.The RPA also sought to remind the government of the pledges to the rice industry.
